One of the key benefits of our program is building resilience. Resilience is a skill that can be developed over time, as studies at the Yale School of Medicine have demonstrated. The difference between collapsing under pressure and being able to bounce back has been shown to depend a great deal on community, mindfulness, and exercise, among other factors.
According to the research, people who are resilient tend to have social networks to fall back on, engage in regular physical activity to decrease stress, as well as practicing self-awareness and keeping their minds trained on the present moment. This program will help with developing these key approaches.
